Meet the Instructors
Natalie has been practicing yoga since 2008. She is the International Yoga Alliance 300 hour YTT – RYT 300/500 graduate of the Yoga Renew Teacher training Program. Natalie is a certified Nutrition Coach and she believes that nutrition and movements are cornerstones of physical health. Her Hatha Yoga classes focus on core power, flexibility, body alignment, and maintaining a constant connection between movement and the breath. She believes that by cultivating inner awareness in a safe and supportive environment, we are able to deeper our connection to ourselves and others, sharper our discernment and find a sense of ease in day-to-day living.
